If you missed the Yin Yoga and Sound with Leah and Mardi last month, they are doing another one May 24.
You may have experienced one of Leah’s treatments at Chakana, if so, you will know what a special soul she is. Bodywork aside. She is also an amazing yoga teacher. Her Yin classes are just simply divine!
She guides one through the landscape of your fascia and all the intricacies of your body, mind, spirit into deep connection with your being, calming the nervous system and settling into this slower season. A rhythm for Winter.
Mardi is will take her symphony of instruments tuned to calming frequencies to accompany, so the room is set to move you.
