Harmonic is Founder, Mardi Ritchie’s signature two-hour facial, created for the times when you look as tired as you feel. When tension has settled into the jaw and brow, the complexion has lost its vitality, and you want to feel connected, rested and luminous again.
The skin is deeply cleansed and treated before extended sculpting massage works through the décolletage, neck, jaw, cheeks, brow, temples and scalp, releasing held tension and bringing definition and movement back to the face. Massage continues through the shoulders, arms, hands and feet. A whole-body experience.
Then – drawing on principles of East Asian medicine, weighted tuning forks are placed on selected acupressure points across the face and body, using sound and vibration rather than needles, to stimulate the flow of energy through the meridian system. A wholistic approach to facial lifting, that considers the whole-body as one system and our face – a reflection of everything our bodies are carrying.
A full sound healing unfolds around the body with music from Mardi’s original Ascend Collection. Voice, crystal and Tibetan bowls, medicine drums, gongs and chimes move vibration through you and create and experience where the restorative elements of sound take this experience to another level entirely.

Resonance takes a holistic approach to facial lifting, drawing on principles of East Asian medicine that consider the appearance of the face as part of the whole.
Beginning with a luxurious oil cleanse and exfoliation, the treatment introduces vibrational therapy through the body’s meridian system. Weighted tuning forks are placed on selected acupressure points from the feet to the face, bringing vibration directly to points traditionally used to encourage the movement and balance of energy through the body.
As the work reaches the face, vibration and touch become part of the same language.
