The ultimate experience – Temple is an expansive spa journey, one that gathers the essence of our signature offerings into one extraordinary treatment. A synthesis of our Reveal, Cocoon and The Chakana, this is restoration in its most complete form.
It begins with a full dry body brush and a body mineral-rich salt exfoliation, before the body is cocooned in a heated clay wrap, infused with our Ascend aroma blends. The body is enveloped, the skin is purified, while our toe curling Indian head massage works slowly through the scalp, easing tension held through the head, neck and shoulders.
Immerse in an aroma bath – pause, before being guided into an intuitive full-body flow massage and a deeply restorative facial, layered with bio-active vitamins, peptides and nutrient-rich botanical extracts. And then – an infra red sauna extending warmth and time to just be.

Cadence brings Chakana’s bodywork and sound practice into one treatment.
It begins with dry body brushing and aromatic oils before the body is worked through intuitive touch, warmth and pressure. Weighted tuning forks are sounded and placed at selected acupressure points along meridian pathways, drawing on principles of East Asian medicine, using vibration to activate points rather than needles.
Sound moves through the experience as crystal bowls, gongs, medicine drums and Tibetan bowls are played on and around the body, their deeper tones felt physically as well as heard. Intuitive massage flows through the face, head, neck, shoulders arms and feet merging with sound and warm stones. Touch and sound becoming one language.
Acoustic guitar and original music from the Chakana Ascend collection move quietly through the experience.

Cocoon begins with rhythmic dry brushing – awakening circulation and preparing the skin, before the body is anointed with aromatic oils and enveloped in a mineral-rich clay mask. The clay is sealed and gently insulated with steam-infused linens, creating a therapeutic heat that softens, and invites profound surrender.
While the body rests inside its warmth, a scalp massage dissolves the noise held in the head. A luxurious aroma bath follows. Then a nurturing body massage.

A purifying polish of pure Himalayan salts follows – releasing stagnant layers while infusing the body with trace minerals that restore vitality and tone. Botanical actives and vitamin C crystals refine the face and décolletage, restoring brightness and softness to the skin.

Restore takes the deeply hydrating Repair facial and expands it into a whole-body experience.
Skin is cocooned in layers of advanced hydration and vitamin infusions, sealed beneath a bamboo mask to replenish thirsty, depleted skin. Massage moves through the face, neck and scalp before continuing through the lower legs and feet.
The treatment finishes with an extended back, neck and shoulder massage, with hot stones working into areas of deeper tension.

There are seasons when the person who holds everyone else needs somewhere to be held.
Mother’s Love was created for pregnancy, postnatal care and motherhood – a treatment centred not simply on the body becoming or being a mother, but on the experience of being mothered.
The treatment begins quietly with warm oil cleansing and unhurried massage through the face, jaw, neck and shoulders. Particular attention is given to the jaw and scalp, where tension can gather almost without notice, before touch travels to the feet.
Then sound begins to take more of the room.
Tibetan and crystal bowls, resonance and voice surround the body as Mardi’s original composition Mother’s Love – a song written around the unconditional nature of maternal love and the feeling of being completely held by it.
During pregnancy, the treatment is adapted around the changing body and comfort of both mother and baby. After birth – and through the years that follow – its meaning shifts. The person who spends so much of her life giving, carrying, watching, anticipating and loving is asked to do none of those things for a while.
