Begin by grounding tired feet with a botanical foot soak and invigorating scrub. Then surrender to an hour-long intuitive, nurturing bodywork massage followed by an Indian head massage to transport you someplace blissful. Finally, retreat together to the Infrared Sauna to detox, stimulate and release exhausted muscles.
The Couples Reset takes your rejuvenation even further. After the grounding foot ritual, and an hour-long bodywork massage + Indian head massage, this package also includes Chakana’s Revitalise Facial – a deep cleanse, nourish and nurture treatment for the skin.
You’ll both emerge with glowing complexions before resetting in the Infrared Sauna.

An essential treat for the delicate skin around the eye, this intensive formula contains soothing cucumber oil to reduce puffiness and native lemon aspen to target dark circles. A refreshing cucumber scent naturally cools the eye area. Gently tap into the eye area, morning and night. Suitable for all skin types over the age of 30.
Soundbath
If you have not yet been to one of Mardi’s Soundbath, they are a simple must.
A deep meditative experience. They are an invitation to experience a taste of Mardi’s signature sound with a symphony of instruments tuned to calming frequencies. Allow yourself to be lulled into a state of deep relaxation with voice, song, crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, drums & gongs. A sound healing, a scent infusion and a hypnotic journey of letting go and tuning in through the eye of perception and beyond.
